Our lawn installation service includes soil preparation, grading, and sod installation. We use the highest quality sod to give you a lush, green lawn that will be the envy of the neighborhood.
Grading options
Grading is a very important part of most projects, homes, pools, shops, ect. Thats why we'll use transits and or laser setup on machine to get the grade correct. Our option of using the power rake is great for leveling land and prepping for sod or seed installation. also, a great option when you have tons of potholes in a driveway, the power rake will be able to cut those holes out.
Drainage
Let's talk drainage! grading and drainage kind of goes hand to hand but we all know sometimes when you buy a home the grade might not be right! Thats where a properly installed drainage system can fix your problem. We don't use the normal corrugated pipe when connecting to gutters; we have our reasons after years in the business and digging up and fixing other jobs. we have gone a different direction and it's paying off with tons of happy customers. with our system you know you're getting something that's going to work! depending on the lay of the land we may have other options like a dry creek bed. Erosion problems can come out of nowhere. We offer erosion repair, rip rap erosion control around drain culverts or hillsides or along waterways.
